Shipping

Any purchase over $50 (before tax and/or shipping) qualifies for free standard shipping.

We strive to ship your product the next business day or less from the time your order is placed. Standard delivery time should be two to five business days from the the shipping date. Expedited shipping is available. At the time of shipment you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if available. All products are examined before being shipped to check for any defects. Most shipments will come in a biodegradable and recyclable translucent plastic purple box with soft 100% acid-free and chlorine-free cotton. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box. At this time we are unable to ship internationally. Below are the estimated shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

Return Policy

Our standard return policy is 14 days from original delivery date. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on the return. We recommend you insure the return. The product must be returned in the original packaging and not have been worn. Your refund if approved will be issued within 14 days after we receive the product. Please examine the product immediately when you receive it. If we shipped the wrong product or the product is damaged contact us within three business days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is our error.

All payments are processed on the confirmed order date. All credit card payments are secure via Authorize.net. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
